SUMMARY:Blofield & District Gardening Club's Annual Summer Show
DESCRIPTION:All will be made very welcome to look in to our Annual Summer Show at The Margaret Harker Hall\, Yarmouth Road\, Blofield on Saturday afternoon\, 12th July\, from 2:00 p.m.  Members are encouraged to enter exhibits in the fruit and vegetable classes\, flowers and shrubs\, large and small floral arrangements\, and in the home produce section.  The local Blofield Forestry school will also display their project for the year.  In addition there will be refreshments\, a plant stall\, a tombola and a raffle.  Donated items are auctioned after the show - some real bargains to be had!

DESCRIPTION:Members enjoyed this show so much in 2024 that we are making a return trip to the Alpine Garden Society Early Spring Show at Chelmsford Racecourse in 2025.  Details are on the AGS website. \nDeparture and parking point will be Hethersett Village Hall.  Alpine Garden Society members have free admission to the show\, non-members will pay £5 per person at the door.  Coach cost £20 per person\, a few seats are still available and can be booked below.

DESCRIPTION:2023 will see the return of the East Anglia Alpine Garden Society show\, organised by the Norfolk Group of the Alpine Garden Society\, which meets monthly at Hethersett Village Hall.  Anyone with an interest in alpine plants is welcome to join this friendly group - see the link for more details. \nThis year's show will be in a new venue\, Morley Village and Sports Hall\, just south of Wymondham.  As well as a show of alpine plants from exhibitors across East Anglia and further afield\, there will be plants for sale from specialist nurseries and from members of the Norfolk Group.  Refreshments available. \nAlpine Garden Society members have free admission.  There will be a small charge for non-members.
