SUMMARY:NNHS Coach trip to Alpine Garden Society Early Spring Show and Plant Fair
DESCRIPTION:A repeat visit to the Alpine Garden Society Early Spring Show and Plant Fair at Chelmsford Racecourse.  We've enjoyed it so much for the last couple of years that we have decided to go again! Avanti Coach Travel will be taking us. \nCost of coach travel is £25 for members and affiliated society members\, £35 for non-members.  We will depart from Hethersett Village Hall\, Back Lane\, Hethersett\, Norwich\, NR9 3JJ at 8am and arrive back at around 5pm. \nAlpine Garden Society members get free entry into the show\, non-members pay £8 on the door\, which is in addition to the coach costs and needs to be paid individually on the day.

SUMMARY:Fakenham Gardening Club Autumn Gardening Fayre
DESCRIPTION:Our Autumn Gardening Fayre will be held on Saturday 14th September at the Hempton Memorial Hall\, The Green\, Hempton NR21 7LG. Entries include dahlias\, chrysanthemums and other autumn flowers\, fruit\, vegetables\, flower arrangements\, photography\, craft and homemade produce. There are 54 classes in all. \nWe welcome entries from non members. A schedule is downloadable from our website which not only lists the classes but also the entry requirements and process. \nIf you just want to visit and feast your eyes on the display\, then we are open from 11:30am to 2:00pm. There is a prize raffle\, a 'guess the weight' competition. There will be representatives from the Norfolk Master Composters who are happy to talk about composting and will have examples of equipment. John Shirland\, our Vice Chair\, who has a long career in horticulture will be demonstrating bulb planting. There will also be plants and seeds for sale. \nCountry Markets will be providing refreshments including some homemade cakes and sausage rolls. \nSo why not come along....

DESCRIPTION:We have organised a coach trip to the Alpine Garden Society Early Spring Show & Plant Fair at Chelmsford Racecourse on Saturday 2 March 2024.  There are a few seats available\, please Contact Us if you are interested in coming with us. \nThis is a new venue for this indoor show and many nurseries and other societies will be attending.  Please follow the link for details. \nCoach cost £20 per person.  AGS members get free entry to the show\, non-members pay £5 on the door. \nWe will depart from Hethersett Village Hall\, Back Lane\, Hethersett\, NR9 3JJ at 8am.  A second pick up will be made on the main road in Long Stratton\, from where we will travel directly to the show\, arriving around 9.30am.  We will leave at 2.30pm\, arriving back at around 4pm. \n  \n
