DESCRIPTION:All members and representatives of our affiliated societies are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting.  We will be discussing our activities for year ended 30 September 2023 and looking forward to future events.  We will also make our All Shows trophy awards for 2023. \nArrive from 1.30pm for tea/coffee and the AGM will start at 2pm.  There will be an opportunity to socialise after the meeting.

SUMMARY:Wildlife Garden Ponds
DESCRIPTION:Our November meeting will have the well known Norfolk naturalist and author Simon Harrap give a presentation on Wildlife Garden Ponds. Simon has written several books on wildlife topics including wildflowers. Along with his wife Anne\, Simon runs Natural Surroundings on the Bayfield estate near Holt in Norfolk. Simon is passionate about encouraging wildlife into our gardens with either plantings or via a wildlife pond. Simon will talk about how to create a wildlife pond in your garden and how to maximise attracting wildlife into it. Simon will also talk about how to maintain your wildlife pond through the seasons.
