SUMMARY:SALVIAS FOR THE 21st CENTURY - Mark Mason
DESCRIPTION:Our September monthly meeting has Mark Mason speaking on Salvias for the 21 st Century. Mark has over fifty years experience in horticulture and is a key member of the Sudbury in Bloom team.With so many varieties of Salvias and given its extended flowering season\, Salvia has long been a favourite for adding colour to our gardens. Mark will be considering the role of the Salvia in our 21st century gardens\, telling us about its various botanical and medical roles\, and showing us how to prune and take cuttings. Mark will also bring some plants for sale.
