All very welcome to come along to the Club’s AGM, followed by a free buffet and probably a quiz! No entry fee. Information will be given about speakers and topics for meetings during the year, plus how the Annual Summer Show schedule has been updated. A very sociable evening.
A talk by Sarah Hammond from English Peonies near North Walsham who is a florist and grower. She discusses everything about these wonderful early-summer flowers. Refreshments and raffle.
Tim will talk about some of the newer introductions and their place in the garden. He will look at new versions of cottage garden favourites as well as the rare and obscure species not well known, giving ideas on planting combinations and on choosing the right plants for your garden.
Simon Harrup owns and manages Natural Surroundings near Holt and is the author of several books. He will be talking to us about the use of wildflowers in our gardens.
An opportunity for representatives from our affiliated societies to meet and discuss common issues and solutions. Guest speaker at 2pm Tea & coffee available from 1.30pm. Meeting from 2-4.30pm.
