Our events are open to our members and their guests, unless otherwise stated.
Our next meeting of Affiliated Societies will take place in the Jerningham Room on the first floor of The Costessey Centre. All affiliated societies are invited to send representatives. We discuss common issues and share best practices and ideas, supporting and encouraging each other in the process.
Annette Hurt, an experienced RHS qualified gardener and beekeeper will give us a talk on “Gardening Naturally” followed by a question and answer session. £3 per person. Book in advance to secure a place.
Our final show for 2024 will be our Late Autumn Show featuring Chrysanthemums, vegetables, fruit, cut flowers, pot plants, cookery and floral art. Entry is open to all, see our Shows page for details. Free admission.
On the afternoon of our late autumn show, Phill Webdale will talk to us about growing fruit and giving some tips on exhibiting them successfully. Open to all, no pre-booking required.
Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will be at East Tuddenham Jubilee Hall. All members are welcome to attend plus representatives of affiliated societies. Our first show of 2025 will include displays of Daffodils, Cut Flowers, Pot Plants, Vegetables and Flower Arranging. There are separate classes for affiliated societies and juniors.
